Philip Knox FCIPD is an international leadership and organisational development consultant with more than 30 years of senior leadership experience in high-stakes, high-accountability environments. His career spans operational command, strategic policy, ethics and governance, and organisation-wide culture change in some of the most publicly scrutinised institutions in the UK.
As Director of PGK Consultancy Services Ltd, Philip works with senior leaders in government ministries, security services, regulated industries, and global organisations across the UK, Middle East, and Africa — helping them develop the leadership identity, capability, and organisational conditions needed to perform at their best.
His work combines rigorous academic grounding — including Chartered Fellowship of the CIPD and executive education at Harvard Kennedy School — with the credibility that only comes from having led in genuinely difficult circumstances.
